Due to the personalized nature of our dresses, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Each dress is meticulously crafted to your specific measurements and design preferences, ensuring it is uniquely yours. As a result, once production has commenced, returns or exchanges cannot be accommodated.

To ensure your complete satisfaction, we will provide detailed photographs and a video of the dress prior to shipping. This allows you to review the dress and, if feasible, request any final adjustments before dispatch. Once you approve the final product, it will be shipped, and the sale will be considered final.
