Production and Shipping Timeline

Once your order is confirmed and your measurements are received, our team will begin crafting your custom dress. The production process typically requires 1-2 weeks. After production, the dress will be prepared for shipment, with shipping times varying based on your location. Upon dispatch, you will receive an estimated delivery date.

Please note that timelines may extend during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen factors, such as supply chain delays. Should there be any significant changes to the timeline, we will inform you promptly to ensure transparency and manage expectations.

Shipping Policy

We ship orders on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided to allow real-time monitoring of your shipment’s status and location. Please ensure the accuracy of the shipping address provided at checkout, as MHK Dresses is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect information.
